We ask for a deposit of 50% to begin design which would be refunded if we can’t get a design you’re satisfied with, but that’s never happened. Next we will take you recommendations, or we can design one ourselves from scratch which often are the grilles that make the biggest impact, and create a 3d rendering of the design for you to approve or make tweaks to. After approval the fabrication process will begin which you will be a part of as pictures and videos are sent that you are free to share as you please!
